Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of Post Oak, just minutes from The Galleria and Uptown Park.

What types of events can you host?
We welcome corporate gatherings, holiday parties, product launches, private dinners, and social celebrations.

How many guests can your venue accommodate?
Our flexible event space can host anywhere up to 200 guests, depending on the layout and event style.

Is there parking available on-site?
Self parking and valet are both available.

Is A/V included with the venue rental?
Yes. A screen/projector and microphone are included for announcements and presentations.

Can we have a ceremony onsite?
Although Soleil is reception-focused, the space can be utilized for ceremonies, with a seamless transition into the reception.

Do you host other events besides receptions?
Yes. We welcome social, corporate, birthday, and celebration events in addition to receptions.

What tables are available?
A variety of preset table arrangements are available. Custom layouts can also be accommodated with advance notice.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Soleil can host up to 200 guests, depending on the layout and event style.

Do we set up our own tables and chairs?
No. Our team handles all setup of tables and chairs. Layouts must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event.

Do you provide any linens, flatware, plates, or glasses?
Yes. Black or white linens are available, along with two styles of flatware, plates, and glassware.

Do we have to clean up the facility?
No. Our team provides full cleanup. Clients are only responsible for packing up their own items and ensuring personal belongings are taken at the end of the event.

Do you have ladders we can use?
No. Clients must provide their own ladders. For safety reasons, standing on chairs is not permitted.

Can minors be served if parents give permission?
No. Soleil does not serve minors under any circumstances, and proof of age may be requested.
Booking & Planning

How far in advance should I book?
Bookings are accepted up to 18 months in advance. Please note that events booked more than 12 months ahead may be subject to updated food and beverage pricing.

Do you have preferred vendors?
All catering is exclusively provided by Bastion Events, a partner of the renowned Bastion Collective—the parent company behind acclaimed restaurants such as Le Jardinier and Tavola. Their culinary team delivers elevated, chef-driven menus tailored to each event.

Do you provide an event coordinator for my event?
An onsite facility and catering representative is included. We can also recommend trusted event coordinators for additional support.

Can we bring in our own vendors?
Although catering and bar services are exclusively provided by Bastion Events, we offer an extensive list of recommended vendors.
Amenities & policies

What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event date may be subject to full payment.

Are you ADA accessible?
Yes, our venue is fully ADA compliant, with accessible entrances and restrooms.
